That was an exhaustive list, but we at IIT Roorkee also have an incubation cell named STEP.
I am the secretary of the students body Entrepreneurship Development Cell, which promotes entrepreneurship amongst the students of IITR.

West Bengal University of Technology also maintains an incubating center know as Ekta incubation center .

West Bengal University of Technology is also operating an Incubation Centre - Ekta (http://www.wbutekta.org). It is support by DST, Govt. of India.
I’m actually one of the incubate startups in Ekta.
